  • Note 1: For specific requirements in a particular concentration, file a Plan of Study with a Tech academic advisor.

    Note 2: Some electives may come from military experience, CLEP, or DANTES testing. See a Tech advisor for more details.

  • Admissions
    Applications for admissions are available in the Louisiana Tech University Barksdale Program office or on line at http://www.latech.edu/admissions/undergrad_1.shtml.

    Residence
    The residence requirement for this degree is 31 hours. Residency may be completed anytime during the last half of degree requirements.

    Academics
    At least 45 semester hours must be earned at the upper level. At least 15 of these hours must be earned at the senior level. No more than 9 hours of independent study courses (LBAR 435, Ind St 498 & 499) may be counted for credit. No more than 27 hours of business courses may be applied to this degree.

    The following grade point averages are required for graduation:
  • 2.25 in all upper-level courses
    2.5 in the concentration
    2.0 overall
